We adhere to our timetable strictly… the only things that shut us are lightening and winds high enough to make the covers unsafe to remove.
Last entry is 15 mins before the end of any session, although you are welcome to stay on to the next. e.g Lunchtime Lengths to the afternoon.
Junior Lengths We have introduced Junior Lengths to run alongside some sessions, to give local youngsters that wish to swim lengths seriously an opportunity to train, away from the distractions of the afternoons… 9 yrs minimum age. If you would like to attend please ask a lifeguard to be registered.
In all other sessions, Adult Lengths are for adults only… this includes spectators.

We are pleased to announce that we are holding our 2017
prices for a fourth year
Child £2.00 (under 5s are free)
Adult £4.00 (16+)
Spectator £1.00
Please note: If an adult swims 20 times or more in a year (a child 26 times or more), it will be cheaper to buy a Season Ticket. With regret, we do not have bank card facilities at the pool at present; We are hoping to have this facility very soon. There is a Cashpoint in Chagford centre.
Pool Hire
£70 per hour (includes lifeguards) for private parties, galas, etc. You are welcome to bring your own picnics. Please see our Private Bookings section
Season Ticket 2018 Prices
These are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, thus enabling you to purchase a membership mid-season without losing out – forms available at the pool.
Child £52.50 (under 18 in full-time education)
Adult £78.00
Family £200.00 ( 2 adults and up to 2 children)
Jumbo £250.00 (more than 2 children)
Spectator £25.00
Single parent £120.00 ( up to 2 children)*
Single parent £150.00 (more than 2 children)*
*Not benefit dependent, but specifically designed for parents bringing
up children on their own.
Online payments are now available for Season Tickets 19/20.

During the summer open season, you can phone 01647 432929 during pool opening hours or leave your message on our answering machine, and we will return your call as soon as we are able.

General Rules
The entire Swimming Pool site and car park is a non-smoking environment (including vaping).
Alcohol is not allowed but a range of refreshments are available from our tea shed at the gate.
You are also welcome to bring your own snacks, drinks or a picnic. Please, no glass.
There is always at least one qualified lifeguard on duty, but children under 9 MUST
be accompanied by an adult.
We are sorry, we cannot allow dogs (except guide dogs) on site.
Please note:
We like to keep non swimming children away from the deep water…..Outdoor pools are very different environments compared to their indoor counterparts where spectators tend to be seated.
So non swimmers are not allowed past the blue line both in and out of the water.
